Online Help
The online help for LiveIQ is designed to give you all the information you need to do your job as quickly and efficiently as possible.
You can access the LiveIQ online help in two ways:

From the LiveIQ toolbar, click Help.

Click Help on almost any LiveIQ screen. Click to enlarge.

In a wide browser window, the menus appear down the right side of the page, below the Search bar. [Show image.][Hide image.]

Click a to see the menu’s submenu. Click it again to close the submenu. [Show image.][Hide image.]

Click a topic.

In a narrow browser window, such as on a tablet device, the menus are represented by the menu button . [Show image.][Hide image.]

Click .

Click a menu to see more topics.

Click a topic.

Click anywhere off the menu to close it.

To go to the home page, click the Subway® logo.
The breadcrumb trail shows your current location. [Show image.][Hide image.]
Click a topic.
In the Search bar, enter a word or phrase, and then click or press Enter. [Show image.][Hide image.]
Do not enter wildcard characters, such as *, in the Search bar.
Each result includes the first few lines of its topic. [Show image.][Hide image.]
Click any topic. In the topic, click Remove Highlights to remove the double underlines from the search term.

Each topic displays a group of buttons that do the actions listed in the following table.
