Create a New Schedule – Part 1

Once you set up a schedule, you will probably copy it from one week to the next and then revise it as needed. However, when you first set up a restaurant, you need to create a new schedule.

  1. From the LiveIQ toolbar, click Labor.

  2. From the menu bar on the LiveIQ Labor screen, click Scheduling.

    • If you have the Display Organization Pre Selector prompt option turned on, a window opens so you can select the organization, restaurant, and date for the schedule that you want to create. Select the appropriate settings and click Continue. The scheduling screen opens.

    • If the option is turned off, the Enhanced Scheduling screen opens and displays a prompt so you can select the restaurant. Once you select the restaurant, the scheduling screen opens.

  3. If Auto Save is not on, open Toggle Menu and click Turn Auto Save On.

  4. Select the display view that you want:

    • Click Week to select either Chart view or Grid view.

    • Click Day to select a day of the week that you want to view.

  5. To set your screen preferences, open Toggle Menu and select Schedule Configuration.
