Select the Organization, Restaurant, and Dates

For organizations with many restaurants, many employees, and lots of schedules, it can take a while to load the Enhanced Scheduling screen. However, you have the option to select the organization, restaurant, and date that you want LiveIQ to load.

When you have this option turned on and access the Enhanced Scheduling screen, a window opens so you can select the organization, restaurant, and date.

  1. From the LiveIQ toolbar, click Labor.

  2. Click Scheduling.

    If you have the prompt option turned off, LiveIQ loads the schedule for the organization and restaurant that you accessed most recently.

    If you have the prompt option turned on, follow these steps to select the schedule you want LiveIQ to load:

    1. Select the organization.

    2. Select the restaurant.

    3. Select the date:

      • Use Last Week, This Week, or Next Week.

      • Click Date and use the calendar control.

    4. To turn off the prompt option, select Do not show this again.

    5. To turn on the prompt option, use the Display Information instructions to select the Display Organization Pre-Selector.

    6. Click Continue.

  3. Click next to the archived organization that you want to hide.

    A message opens, indicating that you should make any changes to the new organization.

  4. To hide the archived organization, select Hide from user view.

  5. To make a hidden organization visible to users, clear Hide from user view.
