Control Sheet
[Available only if you select a restaurant]
The Control Sheet report lists daily controls and breakdown of sales, bread/carriers, labor, discounts, and units. The columns and other information match the Control Sheet available in SubwayPOS®.
For all restaurants in North America, highlighting appears in the Bread/Carrier Controls, Labor, and Cash Controls sections of the Control Sheet. Highlighting also appears in the Cash Controls sections in additional countries.

If the Closing Left value does not match the Opening value the next morning at Start of Day and Open Drawer, both values are highlighted in yellow. The Credits value is highlighted when there are no credits. The Over/Short area is highlighted if the value is >1 or < -1. |
Labor |
If the Hours Worked value is less than the Hours Open value for any day, both values are highlighted in yellow. |
Cash Control |
If the Closing Cash value does not match the Opening Cash value the next morning at Start of Day and Open Drawer, both values are highlighted in yellow. The Over/Short area is highlighted for the following differences:

Highlighting for the Cash Control and Bread/Carrier Controls sections does not appear unless values are > 1 or < -1. If these values are equal, they are not highlighted.
To generate the Control Sheet, you must select both a specific restaurant and a date that is the end of the sales week. For most organizations, this is a Tuesday, but some organizations may have a different day for the end of the sales week. Use the date selection field at the top of the screen to select the appropriate date.
