Use LiveIQ Mobile

• If you have set up a shortcut, follow these steps:

  • Press the shortcut to open a list of your restaurants.

  • Press the arrow icon next to a restaurant to view the next level of detail.

    The arrow icon appears in each view that has another level of detail below. For example, you can drill down from current sales and number of transactions to a detailed view that shows sales, units, and transactions for each hour of operation on a particular day.

• If you have not set up a shortcut, follow these steps:

  • Open a browser on your mobile device and type SubwayLiveIQ.com into the address bar.

  • When the login screen appears, enter your Subway Partners® user name and password.

  • When the LiveIQ home page opens, press Enter to begin.
