Use News & Notifications

Use this option to view messages and alerts. The News & Notifications screen contains two panels — one for informational messages and the other for alerts. To switch between the two panels, click the vertical title bar.

1. From the LiveIQ toolbar, click Admin.

2. From the Admin main menu, click Notifications.

3. To view news messages, click News; to view alerts, click Alerts.

4. Read the messages or alerts displayed.

5. If the message includes a hyperlink, click the hyperlink to open a new browser tab that displays the linked content.

6. To mark a message or alert as read, select it and then click Mark as Read.

   You can click Select All to select all of the displayed messages or alerts at once.

7. To delete a message or an alert, select it (or click Select All) and click Delete Selected.
