Access Training Environments and User Guides

Use this option to access the two LiveIQ training environments and to access user guides. Adobe PDF Reader is required to view the user guides.

1. From the LiveIQ toolbar, click Admin.

2. From the Admin main menu, click Training > Training Links.

3. To access one of the training environments, click the link to the appropriate training environment and follow any prompts that appear:

   • LiveIQ Training Site — Use this link to go directly to the LiveIQ Training Site.

   • Subway® Labor Training Site — Use this link to go directly to the Subway® Labor Training Site. To access the site, be sure to enter the credentials created within the LiveIQ Training Site and not your credentials for The Feed.

4. To access a user guide, click its link.

Access the Subway® Labor Training Environment from within the LiveIQ Training Environment

Use this procedure to access the Subway® Labor training environment when you are in the LiveIQ training environment.

1. From the LiveIQ toolbar in the training environment, click Subway® Labor.

2. When the message opens, click the name of the browser that you want to use.

   The message changes to display the instructions for the selected browser.

3. Follow the instructions for the selected browser to open the Subway® Labor training site in a separate browser window.
