Configure Email Alerts in LiveIQ

At times, these messages are sent to your Spam folder or completely blocked from being delivered to you because your Internet Service Provider (ISP) may assume that this high email volume is Spam and should be blocked.
  1. Go to liveiq.subway.com.

  2. Enter your user name and password and log in.

  3. Select the restaurant where you want to configure email alerts.

  4. From the LiveIQ toolbar, click Admin and then click Alerts > Reporting Alerts.

  5. On the Alerts Overview screen, click Add New Address.

  6. For the Type, select Email.

  7. Enter the name of the person you want to receive the alerts and the email address where you want them sent.

  8. Click Save.

  9. To include or exclude an email address, select the email address and use the arrow buttons to move the address to the Excluded or Included column.

  10. To turn individual types of alerts on and off globally, click On/Off.
