Configure Text Message Alerts

  1. Go to liveiq.subway.com.

  2. Enter your user name and password and log in.

  3. Select the restaurant where you want to configure email alerts.

  4. From the LiveIQ toolbar, click Admin and then click Alerts > Reporting Alerts.

  5. On the Alerts Overview screen, click Add New Address.

  6. For the Type, select SMS.

  7. Choose the carrier.

  8. Enter the name of the person you want to receive the alerts and the phone number where you want them sent.

    Enter only the numbers. Do not enter spaces, hyphens, or dashes in the phone number.

  9. Choose the maximum number of text messages per day that you want sent to this user.

    Enter zero (0) if you do not want to limit the number of messages that this user can receive.

  10. Click Save.
