Set Up Restaurants

Use the Store Setup option to set up a new instance of LiveIQ on a POS at a restaurant and to view and update information already set up for a POS.

Set Up a New Instance of LiveIQ on a POS

  1. From the LiveIQ toolbar, click Admin.

  2. Click Maintenance > Store Setup.

  3. Click Set Up New LiveIQ .

  4. When the setup wizard opens, follow the prompts to set up LiveIQ.

View or Update LiveIQ on a POS

  1. From the LiveIQ toolbar, click Admin.

  2. Click Maintenance > Store Setup.

  3. Click View/Update Existing Stores.

    The screen displays a table that lists each restaurant, along with status information for each POS that is set up for that restaurant.

  4. To modify information for a restaurant, follow these steps:

    1. Click the link in the table for the restaurant.

    2. Change the name or select a different time zone.

    3. Click Next to save your changes and return to the table.

  5. To add a POS, follow these steps:

    1. Click Add POS.

    2. If you want to assign a different name, enter it.

    3. Click Next to save your changes and return to the table.
