LiveIQ Integrated Surveillance gives you access to live and archived Subway® Surveillance video footage, as well as footage from the legacy DTT product.

LiveIQ screens provide multi-restaurant, multi-camera support, which you can access from one viewing dashboard within the application. Transaction Playback lets you view archived footage against transactions and even lets you view footage from multiple cameras and angles at the time of any particular transaction.

LiveIQIntegrated Surveillance provides these benefits:

• Use the integration with Subway® Surveillance to watch live and recorded footage and identify suspicious in-restaurant activity relating to specific transactions.

• View live footage from a single camera to as many as 16 live cameras, in multiple restaurants, simultaneously on a single page in LiveIQ.

• Reorder camera views with simple drag-and-drop operations.

As of LiveIQ Version 1502 (April 2015), LiveIQ Surveillance is automatically set up for restaurants that have access to Subway®Surveillance but have not yet set up the feature.

• If your restaurant does not have any type of surveillance set up, LiveIQ automatically sets up and enables surveillance for Subway®Surveillance as default.

• For restaurants that do not have access to Subway®Surveillance and do not have any surveillance set up, Subway®Surveillance is not set up automatically.
