Link the Surveillance System with LiveIQ

Read before continuing.

  • The Subway® Loss Prevention Surveillance System™ desktop application is available only for Windows PCs. It is not compatible with Macintosh computers.

  • If you have the Windows 7 operating system, you must use Internet Explorer 10 or 11.

  • If you have the Windows 8 operating system, you must use Internet Explorer 11.

Perform this procedure for each restaurant with Subway® Loss Prevention Surveillance System™ cameras that you want to link with the LiveIQ application.

  1. Go to liveiq.subway.com.

  2. Enter your user name and password and log in.

  3. From the LiveIQ toolbar, click Surveillance.

  4. From the Surveillance menu, select Setup.

  5. On the Surveillance Setup screen, for DVR Type, select Subway® Surveillance and click Save.

  6. From the Surveillance menu, select View.

  7. When the message about installing EZBootstrapper.cab appears, click Install.

  8. If the Internet Explorer – Security Warning screen appears, click Install.

    When the installation is complete, a message about the Camera Panel add-on appears.

    If the message does not appear, click Refresh at the top of the browser window or press the F5 key on your keyboard to reload the page.

  9. Click Allow.

    The camera controls for the Subway® Loss Prevention Surveillance System™ appear on the screen.
