View Transaction-Specific Video

  1. From the LiveIQ toolbar, click Reporting.

  2. From the Reporting menu, click Sales and then Drilldown.

  3. In the Transaction Summary area of the Store Sales Drill Down report, select the transaction and click Show Surveillance.

    A new window opens to display the video associated with the time of the selected transaction.

  4. To select a different camera, select it from the list.

  5. To set the camera as your default, click Set Default Camera.

  6. When you are finished viewing the video, close the viewing window.

Both the POS system and the DVR PC must be synchronized to an Internet time server. Any mismatch in times can cause LiveIQ to display the wrong video for a transaction.
