LiveIQ News Board

LiveIQ displays a news board to help you keep current with messages, alerts, and tasks that need your attention. The news board appears in the upper-right corner of LiveIQ screens when you click the unread items counter in the top-right corner of the LiveIQ toolbar.

The news board lists the number of each type of news items in your news board, such as messages, alerts, Marketplace Requests, and others. When you select a category, LiveIQ opens the appropriate screen to display those items:

• Messages — When you select this category, LiveIQ displays your unread messages. Click View All Notifications to open the News & Notifications screen to view all of your messages and alerts.

• Time Off Requests — When you select this category, LiveIQ displays the Time Off Request Management screen so you can approve or decline requests.

• Alerts — When you select this category, LiveIQ displays your unread messages. Click View All Notifications to open the News & Notifications screen to view all of your messages and alerts.

• Marketplace Requests — When you select this category, LiveIQ displays the Marketplace screen so you can approve or decline shift requests.

When you open LiveIQ, you may see the news pop-up window that appears to let you know about important or valuable messages that you should view right away.
